adminI thought that this would be the very last storm we would see for the 2012 storm season in Ontario – and it was just borderline. I had been watching for days and it looked like there would be a front sweeping across Souther Ontario and it seems like the conditions could be favourable for something severe – although there was a very good chance we could see nothing but a night of rain. Not willing to miss a chance at getting some lightning shots, I packed up my gear and headed north while watching the radar to see where my best chance of lightning would be. I ended up at Shelbourne Ontario, found a nice open field right in the path of a storm that was producing some lightning, set up my tripod and started shooting! This was the result, glad I decided to go out that night.
